The rate of Exchange (ROE) may impact landing prices resulting in unexpected changes in price. Should the customer opt not to wait for the item, a refund will be made in full within 10 working days.

If a customer would like to exchange a product, the customer would need to return the product to our store at their own cost and in its original, unopened packaging with a note detailing the reason/s for returning the product, along with the customer’s contact details and order number..

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery of the item to the customer. 

Returns and refunds will not be acknowledged for used products, or products not in a saleable condition upon return, irrespective of reason for the return.

A 5% handling fee is charged on all items returned or exchanged, unless an incorrect product was supplied. 

The onus to order the correct part for your vehicle model is entirely on you, the customer.

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ELECTRICAL ITEMS, unless a part was incorrectly dispatched and is still in its original packaging, upon return. In the event that an electronic product does offer a warranty, this will be stipulated accordingly.

Cancellation of an online order will be fully refundable if cancelled prior to shipping. 

If the product has been shipped, the customer must return the item to Splurge Customs (PTY) Ltd. at their cost within 14 days of purchase date in order to receive a refund.

A 5% handling fee will apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@splurgecustoms.co.za for assistance with returning the item/s.

Shipping and returns

Completed orders will be shipped to an address designated by you after the total funds reflect in our bank account. All completed orders will be shipped between 5 to 7 working days unless specified otherwise at the time of order confirmation.

All items are checked for integrity and/or damage before packaged for collection and only reputable logistics companies are used to ensure peace of mind.

Should a package appear to have been damaged in transit with subsequent product damage, detailed photos are to be sent to us, before and after opening the package, in order for us to investigate the cause thereof.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless you arrange for your own shipping of the item/s.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
